Application of these terms and conditions
Article 1
- The accommodation terms and conditions concluded by this facility and the related contracts shall be as provided by these terms and conditions, and matters not provided by these terms shall be as per law or generally established customs.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, this facility may respond to the special agreement to the extent that does not violate the purpose, laws and customs of these terms and conditions.
Apply for accommodation contract
Article 2
- Those who wish to apply for accommodation at our facility will be asked to provide the following information to our facility:
(1) Name, address, date of birth, telephone number, date of stay
(2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, previous accommodation, and post accommodation
(3) Departure date, number of people, departure time, age classification of the roommate (adults, children, infants)
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the facility (adults, children, infants and family structure) - If a guest offers to continue the accommodation beyond the date of stay in the previous paragraph during the stay, the facility will treat it as having applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the offer is made.
Enactment of accommodation contracts, etc.
Article 3
- The accommodation contract shall be established when the facility accepts the application under the previous article. However, this does not apply to cases where the facility proves that it did not agree.
- When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the previous paragraph, you may be required to pay a reservation that limits the accommodation fee for the accommodation period with a fixed period.
Refusal to accept accommodation
Article 4
The facility may not accept an accommodation contract in the following cases:
(1) When the room cannot be provided due to full rooms.
(2) When the accommodation application is not subject to these terms and conditions.
(3) When it is deemed that the person seeking to stay overnight is likely to engage in conduct that violates the provisions of laws, regulations, or public order or good manners regarding accommodation.
(4) When the person seeking to stay is deemed to fall under the following matters: An organisation as defined in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Preventing Unjust Acts by Organized Organized Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "organized Organized Organizations"), a member of an organisation as defined in Article 2, item 6 of the same article (hereinafter referred to as "organized Organizations"), a quasi-member of an organisation or persons involved in orgs, and other anti-social forces. When a gang or a gang member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities. Some of the executives of corporations are considered members of the gang.
(5) When the person seeking to stay is clearly recognized as an infectious disease.
(6) When the person attempting to stay overnight requests a violent request to the facility or employee of the facility to violently request a burden beyond the reasonable range.
(7)If a guest fails to pay the facility for the use of the facility or is delayed.
(8) When a guest makes a false application when the accommodation contract is concluded
(9) When accommodation is not possible due to natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons.
(10) If it is deemed to be annoyed by other customers, staff, or nearby residents.
Unsubscribe from the reservation
Article 5
- Guests may request to the facility and terminate their accommodation contract.
- The facility may charge a cancellation fee if the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the culprit.
- Cancellation fees will be collected in accordance with the cancellation policy set by each reservation site.
Right to cancel the contract for this facility
Article 6
- The facility may terminate its accommodation contract in the following cases:
(1) When it is deemed that a guest may engage in an act that violates the provisions of laws, public order or good manners regarding accommodation, or when it is deemed to have committed the same act.
(2) When the guest is deemed to fall under the following conditions: If a crime organization, a gang member, a gang member, a gang member, a gang member, or a gang member related to a gang member, or another anti-social crime organization or a gang member controls its business activities, then a corporation or other organization that is a gang member among its officers
(3) When a guest commits an act that bothers other guests, etc. (including staff members of the facility and nearby residents).
(4) When the guest is clearly recognized as an infectious disease.
(5) When a violent demand for accommodation is carried out or a burden is requested beyond the reasonable range.
(6) When accommodation is not possible due to reasons caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters.
(7) If a request is made to pay a reservation under Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the payment is not made by the deadline.
(8) If the matters differ from those in Article 2, paragraphs 1 and 3.
(9) When a guest makes a false application when the accommodation contract is concluded
(10) When the facility does not comply with the usage rules set forth by the facility.
Room usage hours
Article 7
- Guests can use our rooms from 3pm to 10am the following morning. However, if you stay in a row, you can use it all day except on the arrival and departure dates.
- If the guest checks out and the guest's baggage or portable items have been left in the facility or in the guest room, the facility will take measures deemed appropriate in accordance with laws and regulations. If the owner of the baggage or portable item is clearly known, the facility may (but is not an obligation) contact the owner at its discretion and seeks instructions.
- After a guest checks out, if it is clear that the facility will be used for a long period of time, equivalent to accommodation, within the facility, including the guest room, a substantial fee may be charged.
Payment of fees
Article 8
- Fees will be paid using the payment method specified by the facility when the facility requests it.
- After the facility provides rooms to guests and makes use of the accommodation, the accommodation fee will be charged even if the guest does not voluntarily stay.
Compliance with usage rules
Article 9
Guests will be required to follow the facility's usage rules.
Responsibility of the facility
Article 10
- Our accommodation responsibilities begin when the guest enters our facility and ends when the guest checks out for departure.
- The facility is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the guest not following the usage rules of the facility.
- If the accommodation contract is no longer available to guests due to reasons attributable to the facility, the accommodation contract will be terminated and the penalty set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 2 will not be charged.
Parking responsibility
Article 11
We are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to vehicles and their cargoes inside our facility's parking lot, or for any accidents.
Responsibility of the guest
Article 12
If the facility suffers damage due to the intentional or negligent acts of the guest, the guest will be required to compensate the facility for the damages.
Money and other valuables
Article 13
Money and other valuables are managed at your own risk. The facility is not responsible for any damages such as loss or damage.
Accommodation tax
Article 14
The following accommodation taxes will be collected from October 1st, 2025. Accommodation tax is included in the accommodation plan fee.

Changes to these terms and conditions
Article 15
If we deem it not specified in these terms and conditions or it is necessary for business operations, the contents may be changed without prior notice.
